Why wedding photography?

Wedding photography and what it means to me!

Wedding photography is my passion and there's no feeling quite like capturing the magical moments of two families coming together to celebrate the love between two people.

It's an electric atmosphere that I just can't get enough of, freezing those moments in time through my lens is such a privilege. I've always been drawn to photography, even when I was just taking portraits of strangers holding hands as they walked off into the sunset. I always wanted to approach them to see if they were interested in my "art", but I never quite knew where my style fit, “Until” I had the chance to be a second shooter for a wedding photographer friend. That's when I knew – “I'm a wedding photographer!”

After each wedding day, I can't wait to back up your images and relive the events all over again. As an artist and a perfectionist running on the feelings and impulses of the day so when it comes to creating a gallery that tells your story in some type of romantic comic without words to remind you of all those personal moments that makes your wedding personal and unique to you.

What I love most about being a wedding photographer (even more than the food!) is the opportunity to capture the personalities of the day. From tearful fathers of the bride to sharply dressed grooms with their entourage of groomsmen, to nervous brides transforming into what i can only discribe as beautiful butterflies, walking down the aisle and experiencing a moment they've dreamed about their whole lives. And let's not forget the guests that peak too soon rocking out on the dance floor!
